Brisbane River Electric Retractable Roof

Situated on the Brisbane River this outdoor terrace is part of a high end residential complex. The Terrance needed aesthetic and functional outdoor kitchen and dining area for the residents to use in all weather conditions.

The clients in conjunction with the Awning Worx design team worked together to integrate a retractable system into a fully customised steel frame incorporating pergola style slats and stainless cables for vines to grow in the future. The unique curved rap around steel work follow the lines of the surrounding gardens.

The retractable roof has a flat design to allow water to fall of the side so as to maintain the over all level pergola appearance.
